Kamen Bonev was born in 1978 in Varna, Bulgaria. He graduated from the Fine Arts Academy of Veliko Tarnovo.

Since 2002 , he is associated with the  International Association of Art ( IAA) – Unesco  and also is a member of the Union of Bulgarian Artists.

From 2007 to 2018 is a teacher of oil paint and drawing  in Dubai International Art Centre – Dubai

From 2010 to 2018 is an exhibiton director in Gallery 76  – Dubai

He has numerous awards, including first prize in 1997 by the mayor of Veliko Tarnovo Dr. Rumen Rashev.

In 2013, he become the recpient of the first prize of the art festival in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, held under the patronage of Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi Fondation.

His art work has been exhibited at Art Monaco, the Louvre in Paris, Capri, Rome, Paris, Sweden, Vienna, Berlin, USA, England, UAE, Bulgarian Parlament, Belgium, Bulgaria, India, Ibiza and many more.
